A la Carte Class

This quarter I am working in the restaurant kitchen at our school. It is hard work and long hours so this is going to be a rough quarter. I would tell you not to be surprised if I continue to take forever between posts on here but I'm sure that will surprise no one.
Today I was on the dessert station so I actually had time to take pictures of my plates before I sent them out.

Hopefully the quarter will get easier but, as of now, I'm counting down the days until it ends!
